This week-end, I had my first free Saturday after one month, so I decided to spend it in open air, enjoying the sun, having a lunch with my friends. In the heart of the city, I discovered a cosy bistro that reminded me of Paris bistros, with great people, excellent food, relaxing atmosphere and a very nice location at Calea Victoriei where I could stay and watch the people passing by. What I enjoyed the most was that the owner and his girlfriend were cooking and sitting along with the cusotmers at the tables to talk with them, there was this sensation that you are surrounded only by friends. As Bogdan, the owner of Ad Hoc Bistro, was saying: ” out here, we serve food made with love and soul”.
